When you use AllRoad Howell Township Towing services, you agree to follow these terms. We keep things simple and straightforward. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services. By calling us or requesting a tow, you accept these terms.

Our Services

We provide towing and roadside assistance services in Howell Township, NJ and surrounding areas. Our services include emergency towing, flatbed towing, roadside assistance, and more. Service availability depends on your location, vehicle type, and current demand. We do our best to reach you quickly, but response times may vary.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that towing your vehicle would be unsafe, illegal, or beyond our capabilities. Your safety and our team's safety always come first.

Pricing and Payment

You will receive a quote before we start the job. Final costs may vary based on actual conditions, distance, vehicle type, and time required. Payment is due when service is completed. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

If your vehicle requires storage after towing, storage fees apply. We will inform you of these fees and work with you to arrange pickup as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for removing all valuable personal items from your vehicle before we tow it. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. You must also provide accurate information about your vehicle and location when you call for service.

If you have a vehicle with special requirements like lowered suspension, oversized tires, or custom modifications, let us know upfront so we can bring the right equipment.

Liability and Damages

We take great care when handling your vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage that occurs due to the condition of your vehicle. We carry appropriate insurance as required by New Jersey law.

If you believe damage occurred during our service, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will work with you and our insurance company to resolve any valid claims.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your service request, please call us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if our driver is already on the way to your location. We understand emergencies happen, and we will work with you when possible.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
